Price Check Used B7500 pricing

I have just joined this forum and find it full of great information. I am trying to buy my first tractor for 80 acres in Central Texas, mainly for building a new house. No mowing, baling, haying or anything like that. Will probably mow about 4 acres max. But I do not forsee any tasks this size tractor could not handle.

I will say, that I would like a backhoe on the machine for trenching on the house, etc.

I found a used (175 hours) B7500 for $8,500 with the loader and a nice box blade. Original owner, two years old. Is this somewhat reasonable?

Thats fair, i sold a 6 year old B7500 w/curtis cab,302 fel/700 hrs for $8000.

Is it a Hydro?

If it is a Gear drive it is a good price.
If it is a Hydro drive it is a great price!!!

Both are very reliable and simple to maintain.
