Used b2620 Price Check

I am looking at purchasing a used b2620 and wanted to get a price check. The tractor is a 2008 with 350hrs, it has the la364 loader and BH65 backhoe, Turf tires and a 16" bucket. The tractor looks like it has been maintained though does show some signs of use. It has a few more hours on it that I was looking for but I want a 2620 and having the turf tires is a bonus. What do you all think is a fair price and what would be a really god price for this tractor.

I would say about 10K + what the BH is worth. I am not too familiar with the BH pricing.
