Price Check used 4300 TLB, good price?

I am looking at a nice '99 4300 HST, r4s, 430 loader and 48 backhoe with 860 hrs and in good condition for 16,900. Good deal or not, these things are getting hard to come by used. I guess I should have kept my 4310 TLB but I did not like the hst "feel" of the electronic pedals. I like the feel of the older 00 series better. What do you think fellas?

Deinitely a good price for one of Deere's better tractors for residential use. Although I'd prefer a syncshift or power-reverser, I could go for one of the older type hydro trannys too.
I wouldn't wait too long!

Is that a 47 or 48 'hoe?
