I bought it this year at a local "Southern STates Co-op". Good bet you won't find "SOUTHERN States" in Wisc. though. Try a farm supply store OR a GOOD hardware store. The big box stores MAY have it, but I wouldn't bet the ranch on it.

As was said, check the local farm/feed stores. If HD or Wal-Mart does have it, chances are the price is going to be 5 times higher.
Also, ask some of the local farmers. Around here there are quite a few farmers who also sell fertilizer and seed as a side business.
