I could be wrong, but I don't think you can upload a video to TBN itself... I think you have to post your video on another site (youTube for example) and put the link over here.

Upload it to youtube and post the link or click the "insert video" icon and the video will play on the forum.

You could also use photobucket to do the same thing. Youtube and photobucket have apps for smart phones to make it easy.
