Uploading a picture.

I would like to show off my little tractor but can't figure out how to upload the picture. It says that my picture size it to large (64kb). Any suggestions?

Down load a program called... PIXresizer.... http://bluefive.pair.com/pixresizer.htm Then just follow the instructions for changing picture size....... I copy them to disk and then go from there to the web site...
