Upgrade headlights on b series cab

Hey guys. Just curious if anyone has upgraded the two front square lights that attached to the top front of the cab? Are the lenses glass? What about the housings? Metal? I want to put a 55 watt xenon kit in there at a oem 4200 Kelvin temp but don't want to melt or overheat the assemblies. I could always use the 35 watt kit.

These are for the front work lights on the cab of the b3030 or the newer b3000.

Also, if you order the rear work light kit, does it cone with one or two lights?

I just find the "normal" front mounted headlights in the grille not effective with the loader attached, and I do alot of work at night, seeing as when I get out of work it's nearly dark .

I haven't tried changing the bulbs on the work lights, but I've certaily thought about it. If my memory serves me correctly, the housing is plastic with a glass lense. If no one else chimes in, I will go out to my barn and double check. I was more concerned with the spindly factory light wiring melting than the light housings. I put my rear work light kit in myself. It comes with everything you need...... two lights, switch, short wiring harness, etc. Easily tackled in an afternoon. I did a thread on my rear wiper kit install...... light kit was pretty similar. Dropping the headliner took the longest.... rest was cake.
