Unless the slope in your picture has been distorted by the camera and is actually steeper, I think you should be fine...
Remember that is coming from my limited experience though!
Just make sure that there isn't some mud buried under some leaves at the bottom that will sink the minute you get your front or rear wheels in there!

It's doable, but I think you'll be rather uncomfortable, especially since this machine is new to you.

As far as your loader, I suggest you remove it before mowing those ditches. The weight of the loader frame above your axles is going to raise the tractor's center of gravity. I think you'll find it much more comfortable and safer to remove it. Please do keep that ROPS up and your seat belt tight.
If this is going to be an ongoing task, you may want to rig a removable counterweight of some sort to your tractor. I think your dealer can give you some ideas on this.
I also think your home is quite pretty!
