Howdy everyone! I've been reading around on the site for a few weeks now and thought it would be time for a formal "hello".

My wife and I are closing on appx 100 acres in a couple of weeks - first time land owners. We're excited!

Welcome to the forum. Now the real spending begins. Land is just the first thing, then tractors, then equipment, then toys ( but I see you already have a Gator toy) so maybe an extra tractor or two.
