Unknown part kioti ck20 hst

My engine does not turn off with ignition. There is a part which melted or cooked, that cuts off supply of fuel to engine. It is located on right side of engine at front and wired to what appears to be the ignition. the wire runs along back of fan. The arm no longer moves to cut off throttle.
Can you tell what this part is, so I can replace it?
