United steel toothbar #?

Does anyone have a phone # for United Steel in Kingston MA, the people who sell toothbars on e-bay? I'm not having any luck contacting them through e-bay and want to find out the shipping time on a toothbarbefore I order. I just got off the phone with Markham and they said 4 to 6 weeks before they can ship. Thanks. Bob

I don't blame you for not wanting to wait, but if United Steel is this hard to find while you are wanting to buy, how hard will they be to contact if there's a problem? My new Markham tooth bar arrived last week; it's exactly what I ordered, arrived when they said, and they are a pleasure to deal with.

Sorry I don't have their phone number but it took me about a week to get my tooth bar from United Steel. It's well built and so far has worked just fine.

I had good luck with United Steel as well. They always replied to my emails promptly and my toothbar arrived within 2 weeks of ordering it and the ship time is about 5 days.

I'm interested in them as well since I think they make a toothbar for a bucket with a bolt-on cutting edge.

With that said, there is no "United Steel Works" listed anywhere in Mass in the yellow pages. Also, I checked the Mass Corporations Division and there is no company listed by that name. None of this is too odd since people and companies commonly operate under DBAs. However, it always concerns me when a company does not list an e-mail address, physical address and/or phone number on their website or ebay store.

By the way, they list 7-10 days for fabrication in their feedback section. One person left negative feedback because it took them 12 days to ship it??? 12 days seems pretty good to me. I guess you just can't please some folks.

Bob, I had the same problem...i live 45 min from Kingston and i wanted to pick it up...but no one responded to my email, so i bought the tooth bar directly from Thomas..

They kept me informed on the progress of my toothbar.Emailed me when it was being built,then when it was painted and again when it shipped.Also checked back after shipment.It took about 10 days total.My bar is well built.
