I will not be able to get to my little Island over the Christmas holidays but the boy's in the tribe let me know by "Coconut telegraph" they are planning on "Gringo on a Stick" as the main course this year at the annual "Christmas Get Together" dinner . I especially like the the little "barbeque Tourist Toes" we do as an appetizer . You can make a meal out of them ,but boy are they fattening !! Yes, we are a bit remote and we do love the tourist .
