uneven hand controls, help

on the 863 bobcat my hand controls are not equal, you have to push the one further than the other to make the bobcat go straight, Im shure I have to equal the linckages, does anyone know how to do this or have done it before, can I do it myself or should I take it to the shop

I don't have any experience working on Bobcat's, but generally it is a simple adjustment in the linkage like you mentioned. I would recommend picking up an Operator or Service Manual for your machine as this will be covered.
