My service dealer was named "5-Star Cub Cadet." I think someone left the "minus" off in front of the 5 - lol. His first words to me were - "Since you knocked off the radiator hose, CC will probably not pay for anything." Needless to say, I was angry within the first 30 seconds. I called CC directly to open the case, just to be sure the service rep wasn't going to flag me as being at fault. In the end it didn't matter. CC was miserable from the word "go."
Although the unit seems to be alright, for now, I feel abused and very very sorry that I am giving any money to this unresponsive and uncaring company. Never again. They have made their one and only sale to me.
