About 5 years ago I rescued a table from a scrap bin. It was made out of railroad tracks. It sits outside my garage door with a piece of 1" plate on it that I needed to store somewhere, so that was a good spot. As with most of the horizontal areas in my shop, it soon got filled with who knows what.
