I've searched here before to see if anyone had idea how to fix a TZ24DA from creeping forward or backwards. But no luck, I FINALLY FOUND the fix.
The linkage assembly over the pump shaft had spun on the shaft. It appears that a compression pin that kept the linkage assembly aligned on the shaft to the pump had not been installed or fell out.
The great thing is that I no longer have to keep playing with the adjustment located under the drivers seat any longer.
