Tz22da wont start

My tz22da won't start it acts like a neutral safety switch but cannot find it. All dash starting lights come on except for glow plugs. Some times it shows pto light when the lever is in the rear pto position. Any thoughts?

I would check the PTO safety switches considering the PTO light comes on when it is disengaged.

Can you pull back on the PTO lever lightly when trying to start? See if the light goes off. On my TC26Da there are a couple of adjustment nuts that control when the light goes on and early on one of these had to be turned about a half turn to get the light to go off when in the off position. This kind of situation, of course, would be about the best scenario.. tractor wouldn't start unless I held the lever back just a little..
