If brownish, likely beet juice. If clear cold be water or cacl loaded water, rub some on some shiney metal, it will flash rust when dry if cacl, uncoated mild steel with oxidation removed can glad rust with cacl in minutes.
Other options are some sort of antifreeze, pink, orange, green, usually slight oily feel. Lastly might be we fluid, usually bluish

I have the same exact tractor and my tires were filled by somebody before I bought it. I took a small sample and tasted it. No color, no taste, no salt, no bitter, probably just water.
Today, I plan to empty most of it out and put back in3-4 gallons of RV antifreeze and refill the rest with water. For my area, according to my BIL who's operated tractors since forever, 2-3 gallons will prevent any hard solid freeze in tractor tires, even the big ones he runs.

Yup, slushy is OK, just treated enough to prevent a block of ice will save you some time and cash.
This is the color of the fluid in my tires. A grayish white. Had a slight chemical smell. I poured some of it on some uncoated steel a few minutes ago, but not sure how long it will take to "flash rust".
Any thoughts?
I stopped by the dealership today. They told me that they have been using Methonal for the past 15 years. I asked then how I can tell the difference between CACL and Methanol since they are both basically clear. His reply was very simple.
If you pour a little on a flat surface, CACL will bead up line water on a freshly waxed car. Methanol will look like water on and old car finish.
I thought it was a great explanation.
