Type of Caroni flail roller bearing grease?

I bought a Caroni flail mower on sale because it was missing the roller bearings. They got me a set and I will put them in this week. I don't have a manual. Anyone know what type of grease I should use? Any tips for a first timer? Never handled a roller bearing before. Thanks,

According to the manual, grease w/ EP2 grease @ 8-10 hour intervals & use HD 80W90 in the gearbox. They say to change the gearbox lube after the first 40 hours use. After first change, repeat change every 200 hours.

Also, recheck belt tension every 10 hours - should be max 10mm deflection.
