Yeah, I'm super curious about the computer issue, I'd love that explained on a tractor with mechanical injection
The computer issue was his text and messaging system when you call into dealership and the phone answering machine picks up because they are too busy. Ask you to send a text and they will get back to you. For some reason he was not getting them, then they all dumped to him at once. Didn’t have to do with my tractor.

If you don't want to work on your own stuff, don't drive past 5 dealers to the cheapest one and expect the closest one to prioritize you when your tractor breaks. You are lucky they are getting to it. You go to the end of the line, and people that bought there get stuff fixed first. Why would you expect to be treated special?
I bought my tractor where I did because they had the one I wanted on sale and in stock. And they gave me the best trade-in value on the current tractor I had. The dealer where I brought it to currently has one TYM tractor in stock. He can’t even get enough of them. He is a good guy, I’m not complaining about him. It turned out it was a technology problem as to why he wasn’t getting back to me.

Now, that being said. That does not change the fact that my new tractor has a problem that keeps me from being able to use it with less than 48 hours on it. I bought a new tractor so I don’t have to work on my own stuff. I’m not a mechanic. And this tractor should not have to be worked on this early. I haven’t even done any hard work with it.

I don’t expect special treatment. Just in the order that a TYM customer comes in. I brought the tractor to them for the 50 hours service. They did it, made a little money, and said they fixed the problem. They are happy to have me as a new customer. In fact, I told him straight up that I didn’t buy it there. He said I don’t care where you bought it. We will fix it, and appreciate your business. We are not all mechanically on the same level. Nor do I want to be a tractor mechanic!

I got a message the tractor is fixed. I was driving all day for 12 hours so haven’t spoken to them yet. Will update tomorrow.

Just found out a couple minutes ago. Pinched fuel line.
:picard:
Loader frame was pinching it just enough. They took the loader off and moved the line so it can’t happen again. I won’t see it until I get home next week. Must been a problem from the factory. Can you say quality control?

Just as I thought, a fuel related issue. Easy fix too and sometimes it pays off just giving a once over on the more basic things.

The loader frames are installed either at the dealer or at the importer. I wouldn't really blame this one on the manufacturer though.
