TYM T330 with a TYM LT Loader
I'm trying to locate a parts manual for a 2008 TYM LT 300 loader. The joy stick loader control has a pivot bolt that losened up and fell out and I'm having a hard time locating one. The closest dealer for me is 4 hrs away and the part they sent isn't the correct one. It's close but won't work. Any help would be great!

Hey Kenny, I hope this helps. I scanned a page from the LT300 parts manual for you. The joystick itself is one part number, and there doesn't seem to be any parts listed to repair the joystick. But maybe I misunderstood, and you are refering to the bolts that mount the joystick to the tractor?

Thank you Dave. I was looking for a part that holds the lever in place it looks like the ends of the cables and has a bolt that goes up into it to secure the lever in place. I was afraid they'd want to replace the whole lever. Oh well.

Don't buy a new joystick because of a lost bolt. Is it the bolt on the bottom of the joystick, bolt points straight up towards the sky? If it's the bolt in the attached photo (yellow arrow pointed at it), that bolt fell out of my joystick one day while I was moving snow around. I was fortunate though, when I looked down the bolt was laying on the floor mat of the tractor. I reinstalled it tight and haven't had a problem since. I removed the bolt for the photo, since it's out I think I will put some blue locktite on it when I reinstall.

That bolt is socket head M6-1.00 x 45mm. It took a 5mm Allen wrench to remove it. Hope that helps.

Good morning Dave,

We're getting closer, LOL. Same thing happened to me with the bolt. I found the bolt but the thing that looks like the end of the cable that it bolts into fell out. Its the part that holds the joy stick in place when you operate it. Any help getting one would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you so much for your help up to now.

Hey Kenny,

I believe the joystick is made by NIMCO, at least my TYM joystick has a NIMCO sticker on it. Perhaps you can try to find a place that sells NIMCO parts (I did a little poking around, didn't have any luck, maybe you will though).

I found this PDF that shows some parts for a NIMCO WK200 joystick that looks very similar to the joystick on my TYM, but I can't guarantee it is the correct model.
http://www.totalhydraulics.nl/documents/nimco/wk100.pdf

And here is another PDF that shows a few NIMCO joystick part numbers:
http://www.mchc.ie/PDF/HY10081.pdf

As a side note, and you may have already known, but there is a dedicated TYM forum on here. You might try posting in there next time, you might get more responses from people who know about TYM tractors.

I wish you luck in getting your TYM repaired. Let us know if you were able to find the replacement part, or if you had to purchase a new joystick.
