Tym 443/Cabelas lm43h switch got wet?

Hi. Power washed engine, side covers, area by loader controls/hst filter, and the rear by the remotes. I did not directly spray any wiring. 650 hours, 0 issues. After letting it drip dry the "F" light on dash was lit and wouldn't start. I pressed the Reverse pedal slightly and allowed starting. It would move forward but not reverse. "F" light still lit up. After setting about an hour in the sun it was back to normal. Any idea what switch may have got wet? Thanks
