ANY HYDRAULIC FITTINGS BEING WELDED on the rodside of the silinder ? Make sure it can let oil tru !

Thanks all for the help and suggestions. It turns out that the previous owner put a smaller diameter lift piston on the plow. This resulted in the factory set 800psi not being adequate to lift the heavy plow. I adjusted the hydraulic pressure relief valve to allow 1200 psi and it lifts just fine. Can't wait to plow some snow with my new toy.
