Interestingly enough, the opening scenes of the terrible explosions and collapses etc. appeared to be sort of blurred or fuzzy in your version, but were crystal clear in our version.

Don't think it was a VCR problem, it just looked they tried to sanitise the actual events for the US market, but showed all the detail in ours.

Don't know if you can recall that??

I still doubt there would be 2 versions, as I only watched the first 10 minutes of our version as I knew I had a copy.

I just reviewed my own tape to see what you're talking about, Neil, and sure 'nuf, they used some kind of artsy-fartsy pixelating effect in the opening shots of the collapse. Didn't care for that myself. I'd much rather they just left it alone. /w3tcompact/icons/tongue.gif

Now I wonder if the Oz version was in fact a different rendition altogether. /w3tcompact/icons/hmm.gif

Now you have me wondering Harv???

The show (apart from that) for the first 10 mins was identical so maybe there was only the artsy fartsy factor difference.

But I should have watched it too.
