You need a SPDT relay that you can find at most automotive stores.

just print out your diagram and carry it with you, they will know what it is. It is real common. Also available at places like Grainger.

Take the diagram to Radio Shack. They'll be able to fix you up with all the components. Just make sure you get the polarity right on the capacitor when you put the circuit together.

1 and 2 are diodes, probably standard schottky diodes. 1/2 amp should cover it.
Pay attention to which way the bands are.

3 is like it says, a 10k uf capacitor.

4 like above, as says, 10k fixed resistor.

5 standard Bosch automotive relay.
