The wheat won't make it to maturity. After turkey season I plan to plant beans and corn for deer season.

These are pic's of Osceola turkey in my back yard. Osceola turkey one of the ones sought after hunters persuing gran slam turkey hunters native to only S.Fla (Lake Okechobee on down). I believe.

I took these earlier today...had a couple of Canada Geese show up this morning...there was a couple of Wood Ducks too...

Nice pics! Hoping to go shoot one this Friday AM. Haven't seen them in the numbers we had earlier in the year, but last time we went to plant some trees, busted a few hens when we pulled up.

Season opens here Saturday. Hope the weather is good and the birds show up early.

I planted a few rows of sunflower seeds here a couple of years ago.
The turkeys followed right down my rows, and ate every sunflower seed that I put out.

Now I go along the rows with electric fencing. But I'm not seeing as many turkeys either. I don't know they moved on.
