Turffalo brand turfgrass????

I was looking around for a type of grass that I may want to plant around my new house when it complete. I ran into Turffalo ad in a magazine and went to there web site. It looks to be ok, but just wanted to get any opinion from ya'll if is any good or not. The web site is Turffalo – The Turfgrass of the Future is Here Now!

I have been looking into it myself. NPAT Resources - What To Plant recommends a variety called Texoka. I could not find it local. I tried a different variety called Top Gun from a local feed/seed store, but it is not doing well, at least not yet. Txdon found some Texoka at Tractor Supply, but that was in central TX. I did not see any at the local TSC last weekend.
My neighbor planted some variety of buffalo several years ago (he doesn't remember what variety or even for sure where he got it). His is doing great and creating a very nice looking lawn.
