Turf tires - YM2001

What size rim is on the YM2001, I know its a 24" but whats the width?

Would a set of 16.9 x 24 turfs fit the factory rim?

the rears are 9.5-24

so i guess the answer is no.

I think the factory rim is about 7" or 8" inch wide (you can see it on the rim: marked as W7 or W8), so there is no chance to mount a 16,9-24" because a 13" inch wide rim is needed.

if your factory fit tyres are 9.5 i would not exceed 11.5". a couple of inches is OK but more than that is dangerous. so it seems if you want to go 16s a 13 or 14" rim would be required

So that was you I laughed my head off at yesterday on Youtube. That is one neat tractor.

I had some issues with tires on a gray-market ride and refused to meet the price wanted for new rims and tires that were available.

Talk about strange things a man will do....I took some 15-inch Chevy rims and mounted a pair of surplus wide-mudder (truck tires) on there. The difference in overall circumference between the tires on the tractor and these mudder's was negligible. Made a great turf-tire and traction was great. Best I can recall...I had to "polish" the bolt pattern a bit on the 15-inch rim and put a flat spacer washer between the rim and the hub, but they bolted right on.

Not that much. The Yanni now need a little bit more of place to turn, but that is not a problem.
