Turf Tire Conversion

Does anyone know the conversion to turf tires from 8.3-22 and also the 5-12? I have a YMG1800D and would like to know what size to watch for, I have seen a table somewhere but now I can't find it.

Were you wanting to use your existing wheels or replace the wheels as well?

I wanted the conversion for tires and wheels, I have seen used turf tires in the past and didn't know if they would fit. Would a turf tire set from a John Deere 750 or 850 fit a YMG1800D?
