Does anyone have a solution to the mower wheel scuffing the turf??
I read the thread about tire scuffing(link below) which is similar.

My problem is when I make a turn the mower wheel do not rotate so it scuffed the turf. To resolve this problem, I would have to lift up the deck before every turn. The cutting area is rolling hills.
Is there another solution??
