After putting on some good hours lately got a little tired of our local radio stations. Found this Ipod dock on sale for 11.99. Now I can control my music and my Ipod is charging at the same time. No wires, no interference, good sound once I realized you have to have the volume on the Ipod turned up all the way for the FM modulator part to work best
No need to change out the tape player in the 5740C.

Looks good and congrads!! They have quite a few good country stations around here so I don't have the problem you had.

We only have one good country station here and for the last couple months they have taken to running contest after contest and it gets annoying after a while with all the talk. If I wanted talk radio I would listen to AM
