I have been working away trying to get my little TT45A up to snuff. All filters have been changed and it is all cleaned up. A little paint here and a little paint there. Just got in from trying to find all the grease fittings and getting her greased up. This tractor has 100 hours on it. The first thing I noticed was that there seems to be about a 1/8th or maybe 3/16 inch gap between the hub on the inside of the front wheels and the outside grease up or whatever it is called. I am going to try to post up a couple of pics. Is this normal?

My Farmall 45A (same as your tractor but red) is the same way. The rubber nubs on the inside of the front 2wd tires catch the loose hay while raking and tedding and wrap it around the hub and if I don't keep paying attention and clear it away often it gets pulled down into that little opening :( I hope as the nubs wear off (or I cut them off) that the issue won't be as bad but for now it is a small annoyance.

Thanks guys. I found no play in them so guess I am good to go. I hate it when you put grease in and are never sure you have enough till you start seeing it come out a seal!
