TS3110 PTO Clutch problem

I've a problem with the clutch for the PTO - the only way to engage the PTO is to turn off the engine, engage it with the lever (Hi/0/Lo) and restart the engine. The PTO doesn't stop when the clutch is depressed. Any ideas? I've looked all over and can't find anything obvious - I only bought the machine a couple of months ago, with no manual. ANy help gratefully received.

I know that a manual clutch if left sit around a good while can seize-up so that even though you are pressing the pedal the clutch dose not free-up and stays engaged. I don't know about the electric clutches though or what type yours is.

That pto clutch is an electically activated hydraulic clutch. The switch may be on. I have manuals for your tractor. Email me for info.
