branson 3520h. Kubota b7800
I have b7800 that has been sitting for a couple years I'm trying to get it started but I think I have air in fuel lines. I have new battery new fuel filter I drained the fuel tank and have new fuel but can't get fuel to injectors. I read that there could be a primer pump or a bleed valve but can't seem to locate either any help would be greatly appreciated
Thank you
Ps I ain't know much about dem tractors or dis here computer

Your owner's manual should show the bleeding procedure. If you don't have an owner's manual you may be able to get one from Kubotausa.com or kubotabooks.com

Your b7800’s injectors are self bleeding. If fuel is getting to injector pump, it will bleed on it’s own.

I would first see if fuel is flowing to pump.

Thank you do you think that a full tank is essential I have 3/4 full

No. Full tank isn't required.

Are you sure that you have the valve at the fuel filter turned back on after changing the filter?? Dumb question -- did the sediment bowl / fuel filter housing fill with fuel and leak some, as expected, as you reinstalled it? Do you have fuel at the inlet of the filter housing?

Is there a hose clamp that you can take loose on the outlet side of the filter housing assembly to be sure you're getting fuel through the filter and valve? Can't remember how it's set up, but mine has the same engine and it seems to me that the valve orientation for ON / OFF isn't completely clear.

Just a thought.

The filter does not have a shut off valve. When the filter bowl is loosened it stops the flow automatically (after a certain amount runs all over your hands and ground. LOL).

It would be a good idea to check if fuel is flowing downstream of the filter and then again after the lift pump.

Are you hearing the fuel stop solenoid click on key turn? My B7800 would crank but no solenoid click, no start due to no fuel flow. I removed the fuel stop solenoid for troubleshooting and it started (have to stick a finger inside to momentarily depress where the plunger hits to kill the engine). Just posted the replacement relay and solenoid fix today. Don’t know if its your issue but here is the post.
