Trying to identify an old Howard Selectatilth rotary hoe

Hi,

I have an old Howard Selectatilth rotary hoe here that I am trying to identify, I found an ID plate on the side with a Machine No# EM61519A

I plan to pull it all apart and restore it and then use it behind a Massey Ferguson Tractor.

I'm trying to find as much information about it as I can.
