Besides that, pictures only go so far... we'll need some ID numbers/serial number or some other indication beyond it saying "Ford" on the side.

I'm/we're happy to help; just need more to go on.

Yes it does look like an 1801 Series Industrial.

Based on the model number (40303 D), it could also be one of these:
1964 Ford 4 Industrial : AT-12-62-FO : Gary Alan Nelson Photography

That would make it a 4000 industrial (4030). Add the loader and backhoe and you have the same tractor as OP.

The 4000 industrial is very hard to tell from an 1801 industrial. The biggest difference is the colors and model numbers on the transmission.

Mike,
As I stated before the tranny was switched out so you can't go by those numbers. The 4030 will not have a frame and has different front axle, grill, sheet metal. The 4040 will have the frame. You can see the difference between my light industrial and my HD industrial.
