Trying to fix ignition on older Craftsman LT

My Brother in law has a 11 hp L-head vertical shaft engine in a '92 Craftsman lawn tractor. Mice ate the spark plug wire and only fix was whole new Electronic ignition module. When removing old ignition one of the bolts that hold it to the head near the flywheel sheared off. How can I get it out of the soft fin aluminium??

I try E-Z out first..just go slow tho,than run tap to clean threads.

What is a E-Z out?? I have reverse drill bits??

Screw Extractor..different types...most hardware stores carry.
