Trying to decide Kubota BX25 or 1025R

implement color doesn't bother me. I know many folks want there implements to match there tractor to the point they will paint them, and that's fine.

I get many things used as I can usually find good deals buying used so I end up with a variety pack up to and including a very "rust" colored landscape rake;)

Land Pride also offers a tan that is brand neutral. It seems to be stocked in a lot of places, around here. Most of what they offer is in Kubota orange and the neutral tan. More and more stuff is coming in the optional JD green, MF red, yellow, and black.

On the lower right, you should see an option for "Available Colors". It shows 133 implements in Orange and 120 in Tan. Only 66 in Green, the other colors are offered less.

Here's a tan LP rear blade on a JD:

The tan doesn't looks as good as the green, but it looks good on everything, if you ever switch tractors or let someone use it.

Isn't Landpride owned by, or in some alliance with Kubota? I think so.

Good friend of mine is going through this same process. He went to the dealer and drove the Kubota BX 2370, comparable B series then to JD to look at a 1025R. Came by my house and messed with my 2305. Seems the JD is simply going to cost about $4k more, then add Kubotas 84m 0% (and trust me I get it nothing's free), I understand why a lot of people go this route.
He's close to getting the BX2370 with a 60" deck, FEL, rear mounted manual chute snow thrower for $15,900.
He said the Deere was smoother, quieter, and the FEL was a little easier to remove. None of it was worth $4k though. The Kubota has better ground clearance with the deck on and he just likes it more (his opinions or observations of course).
Just thought I'd put this out there lots of people are having a hard time making the decision, I don't think you can go wrong either way. Good luck.
