I have a 05 troybilt super bronco. I been having some issues with belts popping on it the last one lasted 10 mins. I don't know if any one has a clue to what the problem is but the belt is not burnt. I will say it was real hot when I went to pick it up. any clues on a replacment or what could be the cause of this?

If you are referring to the mower deck belt, you may be missing a spring. If you look at a digram of the mower, it would be part #37 on the 42" deck.

This spring helps with the tension of the mower belt. If it is missing or replaced with the wrong spring (too strong a spring is just as bad as too weak a spring) the belt will self-destruct in short order.
