Trouble with a yahoo mail account

I have a yahoo mail account and in November of 2002 I upgraded from the standard free account of 4.0 m.b to a 25 m.b account,as of yesterday when I log onto the account it is telling me I have exceeded my maxium storage limit and it is telling me I have used 5.7 m.b.(142 %) of storage which is well short of my 25 m.b. I purchased. I click on the upgrade to the 25 m.b. and it is telling me I am already subscribed or have the 25 m.b(which I am already aware of).I have tried to contact yahoo though there help page,they ask you to describe the problem,which I already have done 3 times but I have no reply from yahoo,basically I have an account now that will not accept any mail because it thinks it is maxed out on storage....any suggestions?I have emptied all of my trash etc.....but it does not help any..

I had a similar problem (not the 25 meg upgrade), but the message telling me I had maxed out storage. If I recall correctly, Yahoo saves a copy of all of your sent messages, and mine contained a number of photos, which rapidly ate up the space. You might want to check to see if you have a full "sent messages" folder.
