Do have enough hydraulic flow and remotes for something like this? Lane Shark USA – The First FEL Mounted Brush Cutter Designed For The Midsize Tractor

As I understand these hydraulic motor driven implements. These require hi-volume, low-pressure pumps which tractors don't normally have. Seems that you could put the appropriate pump on your PTO. This is why our Pisten Bully's have like 4+ pumps on them for various needs.

Sawtooth I feel your pain as I have been doing that for a good many years , more than I would like to count . Today if you have the money there is some great stuff out their . You can find lots of good stuff for that purpose on you tube . ( Tractor time with Tim ) has shown some great equipment on you tube if you would like to take a look .

I just got this cutter earlier this week. Been using it as I have time and it works well. I just can't travel and cut at the same time. That's a little bit of a pita but the boom has a decent reach so I can pretty easily mow 10-12' at a time before repositioning the mini x. It easily cuts 2-3" pine.

Is that on a excavator or backhoe? I was looking at small used excavators online and they’re not as expensive as I thought they might be. Might be an option I can go with in the near future
