Is anyone out there watching Trick-My-Truck on CMT?

It comes on Friday nights at 8pm central time (if I remember correctly). Rerun many other times during the week. They take a trucker who is usually down on ther luck and turn the 18 wheeler cab into a piece of art.

Unlike American Choppers, there is not all the gripping and beeped out language. These guys look to be having fun a what they do.

Yea, I've watched a few of the episodes. Some of the stuff they turn out is pretty slick such as the firefighter tribute and the Phoenix rising. Some, like the "treehouse truck" don't appeal to me.

Actually, more like "pimp my ride" meets "biker build-off", isn't it?

If the owner/operators are really getting all of this for free, what a fantastic thing CMT and their sponsors are doing to help these guys out. Must be a redneck thing though, where else do you win valuable prizes that you use to earn a living??

I watch it. I'm glad to see they are starting to address some of the mechanical issues. In the past I've heard them talk about repair bills on the truck, but then other than bling the only thing they would do would be wheels & tires. How does that help the repair bills? The last couple of I've seen they replaced one engine (clutch) and rebuilt another in the truck. That should help those guys out a lot more then just a paint job.

I watched an episode a few months ago and they said it was there last one, and they were going off the air. Now I think they are just reruns. Did they start up with new trucks again?

It's a fun show with some neat stuff. I really liked the Bar-B-Q they built under the running boards of one truck!!! Very cool.

Eddie,

These are all new episodes. I believe when they said it was ending it was just for the season. They started showing the new ones 2 or 3 weeks ago.

When I started atching it I wondered about the "repair bill" statements on the show and they never seemed to say if they addressed those issues or not.
I heard from a buddy of mine that they are working on the actual problems now too.

I love that show.

I watch the show too. Also watch Overhaulin. Only thing I can't figure out is why I haven't had my vehicle overhauled by the show.
