Evening Gentlemen!

Today I have been using my Sc2450 to level a piece of my land (Use the loader to carry sand);
and after my post ride inspection; the little lever under the seat to bypass the transmission was down (activated).
It could have fell down while i was riding (rough ride); and could have been down from anywhere 10 minutes to 2.5 hours.

Are there any concerns or issues with it being down and trying to do some work?
(besides losing some power; could this have caused any damage?)

Thanks again.
ian.

P.S. This is my first tractor; it is a 2013 Yanmar SC2450 with the front end loader; rear backhoe and i have a landscape rake.

Based on your description it sounds like the differential lock lever. If that is indeed the case, I would not be worried.

The dif lock is on the floor panel;
im talking about a little lever shaped like an L under the seat (front part) that when you push it down; allows you to push the tractor by hand (like a bypass/relief valve to relieve pressure).
It doesnt say it could damage the tractor in the manual... it just explains its functions.. but I am still worried that it could have damaged something.
Tractor is working perfectly...

On a random note; does anyone else's SC2450 hydraulics tend to "drift"? (im assuming this is the right term; its when the backhoe sags under no load and when the tractor is off..)

Ian.
