Transmission Filter for MF1540

Does anyone know the Part # for the Transmission Filter?
Also another cross reference number for a different brand?

From past postings on here, it seems that non-OEM hydraulic/transmission filters are not readily available.. On my JD, i had the donaldson filter number that came off and still could not cross reference it with any other brand. I could not even find the filter on donaldsons site..

Hopefully someone may have one for a MF though.. good luck

There are 2 different one depending on s/n. The late ones had a round magnet on the filter itself, earilier it was bolted to the nipple for the filter. You should see what serial # yours is then we can get you the right filter number.
I would stick with original the firt couple times any way. It doesn't get changed much, it's worth the extra costs.
