Trailer or FEL?

OK...I already know the answer, FEL right?

BUT I already have a FEL...

BUT the little BX doesn't have a FEL...

And it seems like it would be nice to have a FEL on the BX...

But I would like to be able to help my daughter and son-in-law do a couple things around thier house in the suburbs...and my brother could use a little tractor help too...and if I had a trailer I could haul the tractor tp tje dealers if I need to... and a trailer would help getting building materials when I ned them for myself and so on...

So I have a loader on my B2910...but the smaller tractor with a loader would be nice sometimes...

I can't buy both this year, one this year, maybe the other next year...

Which would you buy first?

I know this question sounds a bit on the air-head side...but that is the story of my life anyway... /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

Get the trailer. Just get it big enough to haul either tractor.

You won't regret the bigger HP on the FEL. There are times I wish for more UMPH.......

I'm with Ron - definitely the trailer.
you already have one loader, but sounds like you're deficit on the trailer side.

Trailer, but I would get one large enough to haul both tractors, if possible. If not, just get one to haul the largest machine you want to move.

The B2910 is not an extremely heavy tractor, so a nice 16' trailer would haul either one. That way you could transport which ever unit fit the job ahead. You have one tractor with loader, so take that one if that's what the job needs. If it's for something else take the BX. That way you are helping out the others........if you want to.
So my vote would be trailer this year........FEL next. Unless you need an excuse to NOT help them /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Trailer, but get one big enough to haul BOTH tractors. Then when you go to your daughter's you look at the jobs and say"hmmm, I'll use the BX for doing so-and so but I'll need to use the 2910 for this other thing. Henro, this may be way to obvious, but you should sit down with your relatives and explain that if they squeeze their wallets just a little bit and buy you a trailer, then you can help them do what they need to have done. That would leave you with the money buy the FEL.

What I know is that I have a 3 buckets (2 with FELs and 1 with a front Slip Scoop) and I find uses for all of them! Sometimes 2 at a time!
