I don't oil my bar,I do take care of it by cleaning it off. I haven't seen to many cutters that don't have some surface rust but I can't get why someone wouldn't change the blades and make it look as nice as can if selling.
I looked at cutters on web but I'm on the blackberry,hard to see everything.
