My buddy know a guy who does this to trailers his price is 2k!! This is gonna take time to demo this.

If he is responsible for the dump fees and will haul away a 16x80 for $2000 that is a reasonable price.

What do you plan using the frame for? Those I've seen are very flimsy. Around 8-10 inch beams of about 1/8 material.

In the early 70s I acquired a 8x30-40' MH frame and chopped it all down and made a 8x12' tandem axle trailer. I used it for hauling cement blocks, logs, firewood and anything else I wanted to haul. I was on the poor side so it worked for me. I used it from 1975 until 2013 when I sold it. I know people would never own one for various reasons but I would have kept it but I didn't want to pull or haul it 700 miles when we moved.

With the way MH trailer frames as they are now I would not build one because of the metal thickness and the general framing used in them.

But, I am a scrounger at heart and if he didn't want it I would keep it, but I am thinking it would be the salvagers as part of the deal.

I was thinking of welding up a trailer from it I have to look at it and see if it's worth it. Or another thing I could use it for is extra weight on my 6 foot dics I noticed it rides up I want to keep the blades on the ground.
