When i load a tractor, i also take the jack stands with me.I carry a set of jack stands that I put under the rear corners of my trailer for loading. btdt
In a previous life at a trailer builder, we welded fold-away stands under the rear of the trailer, which could only fold to the front: When the loading pushes the combination forward, the foldaway stands work as anchors. When you have to back up in order to fold the stands, you know you're pretty much loaded to the max. Otherwise they would have 3 inches of clearance so it can lift a truck or car only a wee bit.
