Loader traditional VS. self leveling Loader

Where the heck did you find the KSR kit on Kubota's website? Please show me a link if you have time.

Must be an accumulator, some lines and a switch on the dash I would think....

I just go into the Build section for a new tractor and pick that option. The price is listed and seems to be pretty close to the dealer price if you order one later. I have cross checked the site and the dealer on a number of items in the past... and they seem to be pretty close in price.

I didn't get self leveling when I ordered my M85, but did get KSR. The KSR system really help slow down the shock when mowing or grading. It also doesn't affect the loader function much and is easy to turn off.

I emailed my salesman for a price and parts breakdown last night.

Where I like it is on bumpy terrain with loader full. It keeps from spilling material from loader and coffee from coffee cup.

I had no idea it would work for mowing. Here I thought it only shock-absorbed the FEL. It does the 3pt, too?

BTW: One heck of a Kubota you got there. Mine's no good because it doesn't have a turbo.

>>>>>>>>self leveling Loader<<<<<<<<
I have suggested to my Buddie who does a lot of design work to build one for my 30 hp new holand. It would be priceless when digging.Having the ability to dig level when on uneven ground it great. We are planning on using a really large lifting cylinder from a Tommy lift I have. It only has a 9" stroke ,but is large in diameter.

The KSR is WAAAAAAAAAAAAAY less money than the KIDS.

My KIDS are 31 and 42 years old, so they are paid for, well almost anyway.

Not if they're still living at home!!!!

Not living at home and raising even more helping hands. My sixteen year old grandson is a lot of help, just got his license. My three year old doesn't do much, but keeps us entertained.:)

Your idea must have more engineering than the "Self Leveling" we are talking about here. Make no mistake, just because it is called "self leveling" it is in no way a "self leveler". The name is a misnomer. What the self leveling valve/loader really does is maintain the bucket at the same angle throughout the boom raise and lower position. You have to position the bucket angle yourself. If you are on the ground and make it "level", it will stay "level" as you raise the boom and lower it.

Your idea sounds like you really want a bucket that will snap-to-level and stay there no matter what terrain your tractor is driving across.

It does not affect the 3 point, just how much more the FEL jars the tractor on rough terrain.

I really like my M85, the turbo really helps at 6000'.
