TRADING A B7500 TO A BX2360 ANY THOUGHTS

You'll be disappointed with the 3pt hitch on the Bx, in fact some of your current implements may even have fitment issues. (the geometry isn't the same, the Bx is more suited to sub-compact attachments.)

I personally would look at the B2320 in your case setup just like the Bx. It will be a bit more money, but well worth it IMO. You will have the loader and 3pt performance you are accustom to, as well as the mower deck and the benefits of a hydro transmission (which you will love for loader work). If that is out of the budget, I'd suggest keeping the B7500 and getting a dedicated mower as others have suggested. I think you'd be disappointed with a Bx after having a B.

Which implements have you personally had trouble mounting to the BX's 3pt hitch?

I have never owned a Bx, have never claimed to. My statement is based on 1) the experience I've had with my B3200 and parents B7610, 2) the couple Bx's I've played with on the dealers lot and 3) what I have read on TBN. There are some cat. I implements that are a stretch to fit on even the B-series, there is no denying the Bx has a smaller 3pt hitch.

One of the problems (on all the small Kubotas from Bx to L) is how narrow the tractor is where the 3pt hitch arms attach. It makes for unusually angled arms that must be spread way out to hook up to things. The wider the attachment the worse it is. Also, the height from the mounts for the lower arms to the top link is much shorter than on a standard cat. I tractor making the toplink sit at an exaggerated angle. IIRC this is even shorter yet on the Bx. (one of the reasons the 'limited cat. I' implements fit them better.) My bush hog, disc harrow, boom pole, post hole digger, and possibly rear blade would not fit on a Bx, or at least not work properly. There is a chance that since the OP has one of the smaller B's his implements may be a better fit, but there is no guarantee, hence why I said 'some' of his implements 'may' have fitment issues.

I'm constantly amazed how easy my Ford NAA is to hook up to implements vs my B3200. Both are category I, but have very different dimensions/geometry. It's interesting how much variability there is in tractors and implements that are supposed to be standardized. I guess the NAA should have a good 3pt hitch though since it was the original (same as the 9n), but I digress...

I'm pretty new to the CUT stuff. Just got a new B2320 with FEL, back blade and 60" MMM. I was pleasantly surprised how well it did mowing. My yard is a "just cut the green stuff" and not a candidate for better homes & gardens.
I have nothing to compare the 3pt or FEL to but I'm having fun with the stuff.
Just my 2 cents,,, about all it's worth.

The loader on the B2320 has almost exactly the same specs as the loader on the BX2360. Even the same size bucket. Suggest that when you make statements, you qualify with sources or that you have no personal experience.;) Incorrect information can terribly mislead people trying to make good decisions. BTW, The BX 3 point is built to the industry standard for 3 point hitches. There are no doubt, implements that won't fit the standard hitch or might not lift high enough.

There is more to buying a tractor than just specs. Also, I don't recall ever giving any specs on either tractor. What I was getting at was the OP knows what he has now and is used to a tractor that size/capability, etc. The Bx would indeed probably be better at mowing, but I personally wouldn't want one for the other tasks he mentioned. In my previous post I made it clear that that was my personal opinion, which is coming from having owned and used B's in the past. I'll admit the only experience I have with Bx's was on the dealers lot. That was all the experience I personally needed to decide they wouldn't work for what we wanted (that time around we were considering mowers, and went with a ZD21 instead).

I hope I'm not sounding like I'm just bashing Bx's, because for many they are a great solution. For the OP with his intended tasks and previous experiences I think he'd be better off with something else (mower + B7500 or B2320/mmm)

That's what I thought.

I do have a BX and a selection of TPH attachments. The geometry of the BX TPH is exactly per the industry standard category 1 spec. ANY category 1 implement will mount up. The primary difference with respect to attaching implements to the BX is not the TPH itself but the fact that the BX TPH itself sits closer to the ground (surprise, its a smaller, subcompact tractor!).

Some specific implements therefore don't sit correctly because of the TPH height. But the VAST MAJORITY of category 1 implements will attach and work exactly as expected.

I've OWNED/OWN both and stick to my original response on page one of this thread.:)I've bought implements and attachments from year 2 and even though I've went from BXs and Bs and an L I still have the implements that I've used on all three sizes. I've bought some implements that were of little to no value to me and sold them but what I show I own, I still own and use. Plowed yesterday with my B but I'm certain the plow would fit the BX but may get close to dragging the ground when traveling. A PH digger may be a bit long for the BX (I used the same one on my B3200 and BX2660 and nephew used it on his BX2360) and it almost dragged the ground when traveling and did when traveling uphill at the initial incline but the bit could have been pulled forward and tied down to alleviate that issue.
Not taking side between the B and BX crowd. There are/have been some minor issues using implements between the B and BX but not to many and implements can often times be traded to one that may be a little bit better fit. This is an issue all tractor in size traders face.:)
